Dear Patients,
If you have a fever, flu-like symptoms, or acute respiratory infection or have been in close contact with a COVID-19 case, please do not attend our clinic. Please call so we can reschedule your appointment or arrange alternative treatment.
We are adhering to social distancing and ensuring that our bookings allow adequate time for patients to move through our clinic as quickly as possible. Hand sanitisers are available throughout the clinic and patients are asked to complete a short questionnaire regarding COVID-19 risk factors. Staff are following infection control protocols within the clinic, including cleaning the clinic every hour with hospital-grade cleaners. This includes all door handles and chairs. Commonly used items such as EFTPOS machines and equipment are disinfected after every use. We are currently also asking drivers to remain in their cars if the patients are mobile and do not need assistance in order to minimise the number of people in the clinic.
If you are immunocompromised or attending from an aged care facility, please call our clinic and we will make individual arrangements to minimise your time in the clinic. Please contact us if you would like to have further information or if are concerned to come into the clinic.
