You will need a current referral from your GP or optometrist to be able to claim a Medicare rebate. Most GP/Optometrist referrals are valid for 12 months, however, if your referral is from another Specialist this will only be valid for 3 months. Please check with our staff if you have a current referral prior to your appointment.
If your appointment is with our Ophthalmic Nurse Practitioner or Clinic Optometrist, you do not need a referral.
